Service Centre

 

Serving Our Tenants

The Service Centre was designed to provide TEC office tenants with a professional, friendly, central contact system for service requests and enquiries. Our Service Centre Representatives provide tenants with a single contact, open channel for communication for all service related mattters. We understand that when our tenants have service needs, they expect results. Our goal is to respond to all service requests within a 24 hour period and provide tenants with full information and a schedule for completion. While our web-based CF Service Request system allows Tenant Facility Representatives to submit requests online, our Service Centre is a service support system providing person-to-person communication if the need arises.

Service Representaives are available to answer tenant calls from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, holidays excepted. On weekends and after hours service calls are facilitated through the Building Control Centre.
