At Toronto Eaton Centre, our number one priority is to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for our office and retail tenants. Of the many operational tasks that fill an average 24-hour cycle, nothing takes priority over tenant and site security. We've been in the business long enough to know that a safe and secure environment is also a positive and productive environment.
Our dedicated Security Team monitors the complex round-the-clock via foot patrols and CCTV surveillance. If you have a security emergency, please call 416-598-8547 without delay.
If you have a medical emergency, first call 911 and then Building Security at 416-598-8547.
Security staff are trained to control a situation until police, fire or ambulance services arrive. Staff receive training in the following areas:
- Standard First Aid & CPR
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification
- WHMIS
- Building Evacution Procedures
- Fire Safety
- Basic Emergency Management
